At The Beach

Whoosh Whoosh! The waves crashing against the shore like its gone mad.  The sea as blue as the sky above.  The waves are so fierce I feel tingling down my spine.  As I look at the deep blue sea I shiver as the icy wind rushes against my body, giving me goosebumps.  I smelt the fresh salty air gathering around, hugging my nostrils.  I smelt the sweet smell of the salty sea, taking me away.

Finally I decided to feel the coldness of the water and the waves crash against my skin.  Owwww!  The sharp pebbles stab my feet.  I’m in pain, but I push through the horrendous pain.  Splash!  I face planted in the open water sea salt rushing into my mouth.  I feel the spiky rocks pressing against my hands, I struggle to get to the sandy end.  I keep pushing through the pain...suddenly the pain vanished all I feel underneath my palm is soft sand.

How To Brush Your Teeth

Some of us don’t like brushing our teeth or don’t have time but it’s very important to brush them because without brushing, it can do so much harm for your teeth.  Also if you truly care about your appearance then without brushing those pearly whites would maybe make you pay for all the expenses and we all know that it is very expensive.  So I’m going to show you how to brush your teeth clearly and thoroughly to help you keep that nice smile.

For you to begin you need a toothbrush and toothpaste.  Start by rinsing your toothbrush under some water to wash out some of the germs.  Once you’ve finished that carefully squeeze some toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush.  But make sure you have just enough for your toothbrush to hold.  Then rinse the toothbrush under water again.

Now that you have been prepped and ready to put the toothbrush in your mouth you can do so.  Put the toothbrush in your mouth and move the toothbrush across left and right and while you are doing that push down on the brush lightly.  You don’t have to push down hard because it doesn’t really help take all the plaque off your teeth and all the germs on your gums.

When you’ve done brushing side to side all over your mouth but mainly on your teeth.  You can now start brushing in circles but before you rush into that, rinse the toothbrush under some water just to wash of all the germs that came off your teeth and gums.  After that begin putting the brush in your mouth as well as you did before and brush in circles you can either go clockwise or anti-clockwise, your choice and start brushing round and round and round until you feel like you’ve done enough brushing.

But if you’re running out of time, you can stop.  Eventually when you stop, you can rinse the toothbrush once more, just to make sure your toothbrush is nice and clean.  Now that you are finally finished brushing your teeth, you can now wash your brush under water.  But make sure you wash it nice and clean so all the paste and bacteria is washed down the drain.
